Rebecca Kilberg

Rebecca Kilberg is a technologist in residence at the Harvard Law School’s Library Innovation Lab. Her independent work at the lab explores how our digital lives affect the physical world. She is also the lead developer for the Caselaw Access Project.
Rebecca has spent much of her career attempting to understand and improve the functionality of public service systems. In past roles, she built software and cloud infrastructure to deliver government services. Her projects included improving visibility into Medicaid and CHIP data and increasing educational equity with the Office of Head Start. She holds a BA in linguistics and Germanic studies from the University of Chicago.
